LightsOutGP was founded in Tenerife by a group of travel professionals who had spent years building other people’s holidays and decided to do one thing properly instead.
Motorsport is a moving target. Sessions get rescheduled, gates change, hotels near a circuit sell out a year ahead, and a delay can rearrange an entire afternoon. Our job is to absorb that, so that your weekend feels calm.
We work with a network of local partners at every circuit we cover — ticket agents, hotels, drivers and guides we have used ourselves. When something changes on the ground, we have someone there who can act on it.

Yes. Every ticket we supply comes through official sources for that event. We will always tell you which category you are buying and what it gives you access to.
For most races, six to nine months. Hotels within reach of a circuit sell out long before tickets do, and the popular grandstands go early. If your race is sooner than that, ask anyway — we can usually still find something.
We can, although the trips we do best are the complete ones. Tell us what you have already booked and we will fill in the rest.
We tell you as soon as we know, then work through your options with you: rebooking, alternative dates or refunds, depending on what each supplier allows. You deal with us rather than with four different companies.
Yes. Groups of up to around thirty, and corporate parties where the hospitality and the schedule need to be arranged together.

A deposit confirms the booking, and the balance is due before departure. The exact split depends on the trip and is set out in your proposal.
Yes. As a registered Spanish travel company we hold the insolvency protection required for package travel, and the details are set out in your booking terms.
