Cookie policy

The short version

This website does not use cookies. We do not set any, and nothing here tracks you across other websites. That is why you are not being asked to accept or reject anything.

What a cookie is

A cookie is a small file a website asks your browser to store, usually so it can recognise you on a later visit. Similar technologies — local storage, tracking pixels, device fingerprinting — do the same job by other means. We use none of them.

Measuring how the site is used

We do want to know which pages people find useful, so we use a privacy-focused analytics service that counts visits without cookies and without collecting anything that identifies you. It records the page visited, the referring site, and a broad country and device type. It does not store your IP address, does not build a profile, and cannot follow you to another website. Because it processes no personal data, no consent is required for it.

The enquiry form

The form is protected by a spam check provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. It sets no tracking cookie and does not profile you; it only establishes that the form is being filled in by a person. It may briefly read technical signals from your browser to make that judgement.

If this changes

If we ever introduce cookies that are not strictly necessary — for advertising or cross-site measurement, for instance — we will ask for your consent before setting them, through a banner that makes rejecting as easy as accepting, and we will list them here first.

Controlling cookies yourself

Every browser lets you see and delete stored cookies and refuse new ones. You will not need to do so for this site, but the setting lives in your browser's privacy preferences.
